Greetings UTC Mocs!

Next week is the official start of the summer orientation program.  I am so excited to welcome our newest Mocs to campus, and I hope you are as well!

The New Student and Family Programs Office will be hosting multiple orientation sessions throughout the summer for all new students entering the Fall 2023 semester. On average we see over 6,000 new students and their guests throughout our summer program.  We have listed the dates and sample schedules below for both freshman, parent and transfer orientations.

If you see students, parents or guests that may be lost or have questions during an in-person session, please direct them to the Orientation Information Desk located in the University Center, 1st floor Gallery throughout all orientation dates.

As a reminder, here are the 2023 summer orientation dates:

Fall 2023 Freshmen Orientation Dates:

  *   June 5th & 6th
  *   June 12th & 13th
  *   June 15th & 16th
  *   June 20th & 21st
  *   July 10th & 11th
  *   July 20th & 21st
  *   July 27th & 28th

Fall 2023 Transfer Orientation Dates:

  *   April 25th (past session)

  *   June 8th
  *   June 22nd -virtual session
  *   June 27th- evening session
  *   July 13th-
  *   July 25th virtual session
  *   August 1st
