Hi Reid,

The number dropped from around 230 to 187 and has stuck at 187. It had
been around 230 for literally months so why it went to 187 today remains
a mystery.
Thousands of spool files will kill our little server.

Tony

Tony,

I should have also commented that if the number of spoolfiles in a
delete pending status has fallen, that's a good thing. Perhaps you had
hundreds or thousands of spoolfiles qualified in your spoolf delete
command so the
917 is just catching up.

Reid E. Baxter
