Alan,
Either put the appropriate MPE build specs into your ftp 'get' command (for
example, "get <filespecs> ; REC=xxx; DISC=nnnn; ..."), or alter the file,
BLDPARMS.ARPA.SYS, to accommodate the type of file you're trying to
transfer.

Subject: ftp hp9000 -> hp3000 of 108mb file
Ok, what do I need to do here????
I'm ftping a file from an hp9000 to the hp3000. It is just a small 108mb
file from Joe G. <thanks Joe>.
Well I'm getting this error:
########################################################################
###
##########################End Of File encountered on target file during
transfer
Target file not saved. Increase file limit and try again. (FTPERR
16)
FTP Unknown Error Detected. Subsystem = 200, Information = 53 (FTPERR
28)
ftp>
----------------------------------------------
my original get was *both*
get fwtruck.M fwtruck
and when I got the error, I tried.
get fwtruck.M ./fwtruck
So, what can I do here? And yes it is set to binary and I think I have
enough space on the disk 2.6m sectors = 600mb.
TIA
/alan
