Well, I'm not sure if I want a cupie doll, but this is what I and my
protocol analyzer knows.

One of our DTC's that I just checked was using a frame type of 802.2.  The
"protocol" as it were is called "LLC" or Link Level Control.  I don't
think that AFCP goes any higher on the OSI model than level 2.  That's the
reason why it cannot be directly routed, but I digress.....
