For an output spooler process driving a printer, the output spoolfile (i.e.
O12345.OUT.HPSPOOL) is opened for *input*. Thus rec-ptr divided into eof
gives percent done (well, ignoring printer buffering issues....).

Interest evidently warrants. I'll pack up the source & nmprg into a mover
