Does there exist a simple program to monitor a specific process number and
file name, and based on the rec-ptr of the process serially reading the
file, provide a status display of percent done? I can do this within SOS or
Glance by watching a process's open files list and watch the record pointer
of the file being accessed serially, but I'd like a more direct approach,
something like:

  :pfwatch 123 myfile.mygroup.myaccount
  Process 123 - File MYFILE.MYGROUP.MYACCOUNT
  0..................50................100
  =========================

...where the meter would continuously update until either the process
terminates or the user presses break.

Anybody know if this has been done?
