While daydreaming just minutes ago in the smoking lounge (a nasty habit,
I know, but it gives me a break for uninterrupted thinking) I tried to
take a marketing look at the HP3000. Perhaps we've been going about this
all wrong. Assuming the Posix (and Posix++ <grin>) features come about
and some major applications are available on either a 3000 or a 9000...
we've been pushing "why do you want it on a 3000". Perhaps we should
look at "why do you not want it on a 9000" ?

Is there a System Improvement Committee list of enhancements for HP-UX?
Is there a list of things 9000 owners don't like about their system?
Is there a wish list of things 9000 owners would like to have on their system?

I wonder how many of those "wishes" are realities on the 3000 "now" ?
