Is it possible to open a call socket with the IPC intrinsics, using an IP
address instead of a FQDN?
Also, is it possible to do a non-blocking call socket? It's easy to do this
on a listen socket, but it never seems to work on a call socket.
By the way, will IPC ever support UDP or RAW sockets? And can an ethernet
interface be put in promiscuous mode, or is this a task better left to our
386/SX Linux PC?
Last question :)
When will the HP3000 SNMP support the internet.mgmt.mib-2.host MIBs? Having
stuff like host.hrDevice.hrProcessorTable.hrProcessorEntry.hrProcessorLoad
would be most useful for monitoring purposes.
