Thanks to all who responded about the FTP delays we are having.  It is
currently being worked on, so hopefully, we can get through that.
 
The question I have now, deals with printing through Spoolmate to an IP
Printer.  Everything is working fine, except that we are getting a blank
sheet of paper at the beginning of the print file.  (No banners are active,
or defined; The "suppress page eject" is marked as "YES", although that only
causes the last sheet to come out.)  We have tried just about everything we
can think of, but have no results.
 
We have contacted Unison, and all they can say is "We're not sure, but we
can submit it as an enhancement request."  Well da, it shouldn't be an
enhancement request, but more like a bug fix.  The product was supposed to
print to IP Printers, which it does, but is it supposed to send through
blank sheets of paper as well?
 
Has anyone had a similar problem printing to IP printers?
 
Please help if you can.
