Tom,

The first steps are:

do a LINKCONTROL @,A and post here

run nettool.net.sys
resource 
display

and post the out put here.

You may want to see if any gateways got changed...
run nettool.net.sys
nameaddr
gatelist (I may have this one wrong, I am doing by memory)
