It is essentially advertising. We very often use the word with the
additional meanings of dishonesty or disingenuousness. That's where the fuss
comes from.

Let us not forget what we call "Propaganda" in the U.S., many
of the Latin language groups interpret it as "Advertising."

Some of the non-U.S. list members may be wondering what all
the fuss is about.
