What I see is that propaganda something that most everyone (including RR)
engages in at times. To compare the evil intentions of Goebels to the
intentions of Michael Moore is a gross and offensive mischaracterization. It
is as Michael Baier said, an extreme example of insensitivity to the
contribution Goebels to disguising the horrendous intentions of Hitler.
