I will throw in my 1.5 cents worth on this problem as it has happened to
me in the past (on more than one occasion).

Turned out I was getting this TurboIMAGE error due to me adding MDX
(dynamic expansion on Master data sets). The root file was getting whacked
out, and the user label in the master data file was getting corrupted.

I was (and still am) running under MPEiX 6.5 PP2, TurboIMAGE version 9.08

If my memory serves me correctly this version of Image apparently had some
kind of bug in it so I took the MDX away from master sets and everything
was fine and dandy after that.

DDX (dynamic expansion on details) works perfectly and I use it all the
time). It hasn't given me any problems at all.
