outsourcing industry expected to employ more than one million people and
account for $25 billion in exports by 2008.

By these estimates, CRE's are pulling down 25k a yr (did I do the math
right?).  Isn't that what they get paid here? or less?  I don't see the
advantage to outsourcing.
