Hi Larry :)
Here is what Del at Minisoft gave me.... to turn off the echo while logging
in to the 3k...

;TRANSMIT "^[&w13F"
;TRANSMIT "^M"

And this to turn on echo:

TRANSMIT "^[&w12F"
TRANSMIT "^M"

Works for me in a script I am writing for Minisoft ... I am hiding all the
interaction between the user and the 3k so that all the user sees are
Windows style Dialog boxes for Account & User Name and all the password
prompts....
