The Probasco Chair of Free Enterprise announces the availability of the J.
Gilbert Stein Fellowship for the spring 2000 semester.  This fellowship is
offered each year to an outstanding graduate student possessing an
excellent academic record, as well as superior analytical, quantitative,
and qualitative skills.  The Stein Fellow works 20 hours per week for the
Probasco Chair and receives a monthly stipend and tuition waiver.  In
addition, some funding is provided for the recipient to attend a national
professional meeting to present a research paper.
