This message explains an upcoming opportunity for all UTC staff, faculty, and administrators to share input related to the ongoing Total Organizational Health initiative on our campus. Thank you for reviewing this message and responding to this evaluation when prompted in early April.

All non-student UTC employees will soon have an opportunity to anonymously share input regarding the ongoing Total Organizational Health (TOH@UTC) initiative. This initiative involves gathering and applying evidence to improve our personal health, safety, and well-being, as well as our university's overall resilience.

This upcoming Total Organizational Health progress check evaluation survey is straightforward and should require only about 5 minutes to complete. Here are a few additional details to note:

  1. This survey is for all non-student UTC employees - it is designed to provide information that can be helpful in addressing our shared health, safety, and well-being needs as the people who make UTC possible.
  2. This progress check is administered two times each year: once in early November and once in early April. Please do your best to share your perspective and voice by responding to this survey during at least one of these yearly administrations.
  3. Unlike other surveys that are managed by external consulting or media organizations, this evaluation is purpose-built and managed in-house to support our Total Organizational Health efforts. The questions in this brief survey focus on the 10 factors targeted in our guiding Total Organizational Health framework. These data will provide the clearest and closest indication of the extent to which this initiative is moving in the right direction (or may need to make adjustments to be more impactful).
  4. Because this survey is managed in-house by the team leading the Total Organizational Health initiative, your feedback will be received and reviewed very quickly.

If you have any questions or concerns about how or why this Total Organizational Health progress check evaluation is used here at UTC, please feel free to reach out to me directly at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. Thank you again for taking time to respond to this survey when you receive the invitation to do so (in early April).

Sincerely,
Chris Cunningham
TOH@UTC facilitator
