Put the system volume under the raid, but have a small bootable disk out
there somewhere until all the driver patches are in for the 12H. You won't
want to sacrifice the RAID or the performance, but the extra drive may save
you butt sometime soon.  This is the config we recommend for all of our
customers with the 12H on a 3K.
