An excellent article.  I was especially impressed by the following excerpt,
from which Ms. Fiorina could learn something:

"Celebrity and business leadership, he contends, are incompatible. It's not
that Mark doubts his contribution to Colgate's success; after all, he took
home $3.8 million in compensation last year without protest. But by going on
TV or being profiled in a magazine, Mark believes, a CEO implicitly takes
credit for the efforts of those who work for him. And leaders should not do
that."
