Hmmm. I heard of at least one HP 3000 customer in Australia and one
in France using it or looking into it. Cannot remember details (not
even sure if I ever knew details). Someone from HP3000-L also did
mention that only the client part is available for MPE/iX. So it
might be worth checking the HP3000-L archives for related postings.

Oh, I do recall, that the Oz customer was recompiling it on MPE/iX
and linking with exisiting COBOL programs (or something similar).
They had some questions about linking or putting gcc code to an XL.
