32-bit HP ODBC?

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if HP has released the 32-bit ODBC drivers for
Allbase/ImageSql? When I expand the HPPCAPI.PUB.SYS file on our HP3000
and install it under Win 95, the ODBC control panel applet doesn't show
that it's 32-bit, so I suspect that it's not. Our Allbase version is
A.G1.13. If HP has released the 32-bit drivers, does anyone know where
they are? If not, does anyone know when?
