7333 Disc Drive Power-up Help

I had to power down 2 systems with old HP7933 drives over the weekend.
Now, I'm having problems getting all of the drives working again.
All drive except the LAST DRIVE on each system come up ok.
The last drive has a TEST ERR message...and the systems can't be
coolstarted.  Is there something simple that I'm missing, since it
is consistantly the LAST 7933 DRIVE on each system that doesn't respond?
