cf0a = enter genesis = 1) cslt is bad and/or 2) tape drive is bad

if the drive that you pulled is NOT ldev 1, you might be able to bring the system up single-user, single-disk and make a
new cslt...but if you tape drive is bad...well...   if the bad drive is ldev 1, see my next sentence...

get a call into your hw support people immediately and hopefully they can help you rescue this system.

folks -- you really do need to be making and verifying cslt's on a regular basis!  with as old as our boxes (discs in
particular) are, these tapes are the only thing standing between you and a disaster.
