You just cannot see it can you?  NO ONE who was politically opposed to Wirt
defended him, and EVERY supportive response was from his politcal friends!

This is manifestly obvious.  Wirt stooped to name-calling as Mr Alexander
pointed out, and Mr Alexander also pointed out I did not, and still have 
not.

Wirt has done this before and the same thing happened, except John Clogg
stepped in and was the only one to have 'swam against the current' in that 
case.

Since you claim it is ridicuolous to claim the left is some sort of
monolithic block that sticks together no matter what, I have this to say

1)  You talk about the 'few' responses on this list.  I claim the political
viewpoints posted here are not 'few' and my expressed opinion was not based
solely upon the responses in this thread.

2)  Can you show me a link where you disagreed with Wirt on some political
subject posted here on this list?  And I don't mean something trivial like
if John Kerry turned his eyes left instead of right during a debate.
