The PRINT "raw" enhancenment is in 5.5 Exp 3 and later -- see the "NONUM"
command line option, and the description on jazz.

The PRINT command has code to handle CCTL files when the output
and input file are an interactive pair (see the FRELATE intrinsic)
and the file is a CCTL file as shown in the foptions.  In this case the
CCTL byte in each record is replaced with a space.  There was some
discussion about enhancing PRINT to format the CCTL byte.  I guess a
NOCCTL option could force PRINT to replace the CCTL byte even when
the output file is non-interactive, eg. a disk.
