Lordy, it's not a "story." It's nonsense. It's nonsense designed to sucker
in
the same gullible people who still believe that we're going to uncover vast
caches of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. That line was obviously
nonsense
before the invasion. It's seems only the more obvious now, but there are
still people who believe it, with Dick Cheney being the first to come to
mind.

Second and third to come to mind being John Kerry and William J Clinton.

It was not obvious nonsence to these guys before the invasion.
