Sorry for the off-topic post, but I don't know where else to ask this
question.  If anyone has a better place (and don't suggest microsoft.com,
I've already looked there and don't see any mention of this problem), please
let me know where to look for the answer.

For better or worse, we use Outlook Express for our mail client.  One of our
users is getting a new computer.  How can I transfer their OE "files" (that
is, address book, local folders, etc. from their old computer to the new
computer?
