I've already received a couple of email messages from people asking about
videotapes of the broadcast. In the US, tapes will be available through the
hotline (1-800-224-hp3k) about 2 weeks following the broadcast. Outside of the
US, use the attached faxback form to order copies - (the number is on the
form). By the way, how has turnaround been at the 800 number? Has anybody
ordered tapes recently? How long did it take to get them?
