The problem is that FSCHECK displays "VOL_SET_INDEX", not LDEV.

Here's an example for a file on ldev 13:

   FSCHECK, A.05.00. (C) Hewlett-Packard Co., 1987. All rights reserved.
   fscheck: de RECS.Y2K.SIELER

        SECT_ADDR   SECTS_IN_EXTENT  VOL_SET_INDEX  FILE_SECT_OFFSET
        ---------   ---------------  -------------  ----------------

        $002D2CE0          96               1          $00000000
   fscheck: exit

<plug>

Here's a De-Frag/X example:

   de RECS.Y2K.SIELER

   File: /SIELER/Y2K/RECS  (1 extent)

      Ldev Disk Page# # Pages File Page #
      ----   ----------   -------  -----------
         13     185,038         6            0
   % fragmented:    0

(you can get De-Frag/X to speak in sectors, if you want)

(www.lund.com for info)

</plug>
