Hmmm. Did you also recently talk to that customer? I did not
reveal the name, by accident, did I?? (grin) But indeed their
HP 3000 knowledge is focused on one desk, although the other
people (or some of them) do have some basic knowledge to be
able to keep the shop running during the MPE-man's absence...

Oh, and they did not complain about the lack of HP 3000 training
offerings by HP, by the way. Mainly because they did their MPE
by "training on the job"...
