Use:
:SYSDIAG
DUI> LOGTOOL
LOGTOOL>MEMRPT
This will give a list of memory modules and tell you if there have been any errors.
LOGTOOL>MEMCLR
This will clear the memory log. You don't need the maintenance password to do this.
