Morale at HP certainly has not improved.

Mark Hurd has made his intentions well known within HP.

His engineers (HP's) are overpaid and this needs to be addressed so he can collect his 110 million a year. Mark Hurd is now one of the highest paid CEO's in technology.

HP is planing two large layoffs, one in Oct and one after the first of the year. Women and minorities are excluded. HP feels they have good legal standing for this. Can you say age discrimination? Certainly not at HP.

The HP way is but a distant echo.
