There are several possible causes for this error. The most common one
is an attempt by DBPUT to write to an entry that is already in use.
For instance, if the HighWater Mark is bad and/or the FreeEntry List
is corrupted, and the entry that DBPUT is trying to use is already in
use.
To correct the problem rebuild the FreeEntry List.
