This question came up at the Management Round Table at IPROF in 1999. Fom my
notes:

"Lee Courtney asked for figures of the installed base. Winston Prather said
he wasn't sure, but guessed at 50-70,000. He said that "over 10%" of last
years sales were to new sites. Mostly turnkey customers. "
