NMCONFIG will be no problem.

Simply restore from other system, re-validate and start norecovery.

Regarding other issues, you need to handle on an issue by issue basis.

It all depends on which portions of the environment you wish to 
migrate from one system to the other.

For example, account structures, udc's, printer config (which could 
involve both nmmgr and npconfig), etc.
