Sheriff Joe ROCKS!!!! - I've been following this guy for years, I wish more
people would do this, certainly cuts down on repeat offenders.  In
California they get gourmet coffee, catered quality meals, all sorts of
entertainment possibilities.  being in jail SHOULD suck, and suck hard, the
point is to install a feeling that this is a place you do not want to
return to.  I have a brother in law who isn't so swift, and basically just
gets arrested whenever he feels like having a nice place to stay for free
with good meals.
