The following is the meaning and action of dtc 11


------------------------------------------------------------------------
MESSAGE:
          Connection refused by destination        (DTC 11)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
CAUSE:
------
Connect <destination> has been typed on a switched port.
The destination refuses the connection. If the destination is a
DTC it may be a temporary resource problem (at the transport level in
the remote DTC).
ACTION:
-------
Check the event log for abort reason.
Check the destination's configuration.
If the destination is a DTC, try again.
