Tom,

I recently ran into this problem on a client PC.  (Win XP)

The client already had NorTel VPN and want to install Cisco 3.6.1.
He got the error mesasge to un-install Nortel.

The workaround?  Use Microsoft's built in VPN.  Works great (less filling).
