Files should only accumulate in /var/spool/clientmqueue if your local e3000 is
attempting to send e-mail while the sendmail JDAEMON is not running.
When the mail client fails to establish a TCP connection to localhost port
<mumble>, the outgoing mail will be queued in /var/spool/clientmqueue.
The standard JDAEMON should process /var/spool/clientmqueue after regular
sendmail startup.
