We have Macs and DOS/Windows machines connected to our Netware 3.1x servers,
which are running the Macintosh support add-on module. All of our machines
are connected via 10baseT Ethernet. The servers are currently 486 based,
but we will be replacing them with Pentium based servers this summer. If
you have any additional questions feel free to drop me a private email note.

This probably isn't the best forum for this question so if you have other
suggestions please let me know.

We are contemplating setting up a network that will have both DOS and
Macintosh computers. What is the best way to accomplish this? What Network
Operating
System would be the best choice, which platform should be the server? Which
topology would be the best.

I don't want to start any flame wars here, I just want to get information as
to how to best network these all together.
