Randy Medd <[log in to unmask]> wisely pointed out that the target of
symlinks are acted on by most commands (including purge and build)
instead of the link itself.
|Notice that the PURGE deleted _OLDFILE_, not NEWFILE, although the
|link of NEWFILE -> OLDFILE still remained. If you build a link using
|LN.HPBIN.SYS, you'll have to get rid of it using RM.HPBIN.SYS, _not_
|PURGE.
Of course, you can also use the CI commands :NEWLINK and :PURGELINK.
