We are migrating our small shop to windows-95 clients. We have 7 486 systems
and 5 p-90 systems all with 16mb. We have been running wfwg3.11. 10 of the
systems will migrate. we need to keep 2 systems for compatibility testing
(wfwg and win3.1).

Why are we migrating at this time?

1) We use nt3.5 server internally and the connectivity from win-95 is very nice.

2) We use a dial-up internet provider (slip/ppp) and we want to eliminate
the need for trumpet winsock.

3) We have periodic stability problems with wfwg3.11.

4) In our tests so far windows-95 installs as advertised and is pretty solid.

5) All our connectivity is maintained after an install: vt (wrq), resource
sharing shares, and of course the nt shares.

6) We use vb in house and will be migrating to vb4 32 bit apps and need the
platform to run them. And we eagerly await the release of Delphi for win-95
also!

7) We don't have any macintoshes and this is the cheapest way to get the mac
look and feel (even if it is ca 1989)!

FWIW: we use resource sharing as a back up to win-nt for printing and we
will be dropping the support soon.
