We are looking for the LOGTOOL utility on our 6.5 system, but cannot find
it. Info on the web says it should live in PUB.SYS, but it's not. In fact,
there is no file name LOGTOOL in any group or account on my system.

Any ideas? We are needing to review some Job Initiation and Job termination
records that we are logging (we verified that those logging events are ON in
SYSGEN).
