Check out "The Dilbert Principle" by Scott Adams.

You can probably use it as the textbook for the course.

Subject: [HP3000-L] OT:I Need some IT Human Relations Stories

Hi Folks,

Yes I am still here lurking in the background. I will be teaching a course
in the fall on Human Relations in IT. What I need are some good stories of
your experiences in the IT field to use as case studies. The good, the bad,
and the ugly are acceptable. You can change the names to protect the guilty.
It does not need to be anything complicated. What happened, what was the
outcome, what should have been the outcome. If you wish your name to be used
for credit, no problem. If you don’t want your name to be used no problem
also. Stories dealing with ethics are especially welcome as I live in a
small community so I can’t use my own.

Thank you
