Last I know is we use the same tracking system in the RCs worldwide
and it is based on an HP3000 with (a) TurboImage database(s).

I have absolutely no idea what happened in the US, but if you are
severely concerned then please drop the RC another line and ask for
their customer feedback contact or the local quality manager.
I am sure they will be responsive.
