A universal workaround for Reflection is to go in the file transfer configuration, WRQ
tab, and set "fast file transfer" to "never".
That does an in-band transfer rather than mess with the external data channel and
potential firewall issues.
Unless you're transferring huge files it won't make that much difference either way.
