You may want to just COMMENT out the lines rather than actually delete them?

As Craig suggests, the offending job in all likelihood can be bypassed.
Simply edit the job IO1l779A.USL.SYS and delete all but the the !JOB
line and !EOJ line.
Then simply rerun autoinst.
It should then complete fine.
