hp 952c printer problems

I need some help with this customer. The 952C HP printer prints beautifully
except for when trying to print E-mail from AOL. When printing email, I get
garbage or garbled characters, one or two lines of each at the top of each
page and I have let it print up to 15 pages repeating this process before
having to stop it. I have dloaded latest drivers, removed and reinstalled
printer, tried chage the parallel port mode in the BIOS. I have done
everthing except tell her to get rid of AOL which is my prefrence but not a
solutiong for this customer. Any suggestions ?
