If fighting was heavy at the
time then the number of purple hearts handed out during Kerry's 4 month
tour would make it unlikely anyone even glanced twice at the paperwork.

The fact remains, Chuck, that there is one purple heart which was awarded
under mysterious circumstances.  Someone had to take responsibility for
awarding the purple heart, that is, SIGN the paperwork for it.  Who was
that?
