Barry's tale only echoes what many of us have experienced with Adager
support.  Rene, Ken and Alfredo have saved my neck a few times -- twice on
critical conversion weekends.  They stay with you and ensure that whatever
problem you've experienced is fully recovered, one way or the other.  They
truly understand customer service in its most fundamental sense --- maybe
that's why I smile a bit whenever I ":run adager.pub.rego".

(Oh .. did I mention that I think their product is first-rate, too?)
